The construction area of Xintai Expressway has complex terrain and many types of micro-topography, including mountainous and hilly areas, low mountain and hilly areas, and plain and micro-hilly areas. Faced with difficulties and challenges, the Xintai Project Office actively exerted its own initiative and adopted energy-gathering water pressure smooth blasting excavation technology in tunnel construction to ensure the excavation quality; non-contact monitoring and measurement technology and intelligent wet spraying trolleys were adopted to ensure the safety of tunnel construction.
It is understood that in order to speed up the construction progress, Anhui Jarlo's wet spraying vehicle with advanced wet spraying technology was adopted, with low failure rate, large-volume spraying, low rebound rate, flexible and free boom structure and power operation system, which greatly shortened the operation time of tunnel penetration. At the same time, Anhui Jarlo has been paying attention to the operation of the equipment on site since the equipment officially entered the site in March 2019. On-site installation and commissioning, and professional training for operators, until the operators can operate fully proficiently!
