In underground mines, the progress and quality of roadway support directly determine the rhythm of the entire mining operation. The efficiency of manual spraying is low, the rebound rate is high, and the quality is unstable, which has long been unable to keep up with the mining intensity of modern mines.
The UPS-25JT(A) mining concrete spraying vehicle is a large-spray capacity model in the articulated tire-type wet spraying family of Anhui Jiela. The spraying capacity reaches 25m³/h, specifically designed for high-intensity and large-scale wet spraying support operations. Once the machine starts, the support speed increases.

What is the biggest problem in wet spraying operations? Stopping to wait for materials. Concrete cannot reach the shaft or cannot be supplied in sufficient quantities, even the most efficient spraying equipment can only "look at the tunnel with regret".
The KJC-4(F) mine concrete mixing and transport vehicle is an auxiliary transportation equipment for mine shafts independently developed by Anhui Jiale. With a stirring capacity of 4m³ and a maximum speed of 24km/h, it forms a golden partnership with Jiale's mine concrete spraying vehicle, allowing continuous material supply and uninterrupted wet spraying operations in the underground.

In mines, the commuting issue for workers may seem simple, but it actually affects the daily production rhythm and safety guarantee. Walking to work consumes a lot of physical energy, and ordinary vehicles are difficult to adapt to the complex road conditions in mines.

Yuchai 96kW water-cooled turbocharged engine, four-wheel drive, maximum traction ≥ 30kN, full load can achieve ±14° climbing; three-speed gearshift covers all working conditions of low speed heavy load and high speed light load.
4. Flexible and maneuverable, easy in narrow alleys
The vehicle width is only 1.7 meters, the minimum turning radius on the outside is ≤ 5800mm, and on the inside is ≤ 4000mm. Combined with the central hinge connection + double cylinder hydraulic steering system, it can also turn flexibly and accurately position in the narrow underground space.
