In this review meeting, invited experts and Anhui Jarlo Machinery Technical Department staff reviewed the upgraded new product of Jarlo Wet Spraying Trolley UPS-20JTA. At the beginning of the meeting, Zhu Qiang, Director of the Investment Office of Anqing Economic and Information Bureau, and Mr. Sun Shengxi, General Manager of Anhui Jarlo Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., delivered speeches and led the experts to visit the assembly workshop of Anhui Jarlo Machinery. They gave high positive comments on Jarlo's workshop management, standardized processes and quality control.
During the review process, experts gave a comprehensive and in-depth introduction to the upgraded new product of Jarlo Machinery's mining wet spraying trolley UPS-20JTA. The experts asked questions about some technical performance issues of mining wet spraying trolleys, such as how to improve work efficiency in narrow space lanes, and the technical advantages of Anhui articulated wet spraying trolley equipment compared with foreign equipment. Jarlo Machinery staff gave professional and detailed answers.
Jarlo Machinery technicians pointed out that compared with foreign articulated wet spraying trolleys for mining, the main core parts of Anhui Jarlo Machinery's wet spraying trolleys are all international brand products. In the design of the boom structure, multi-angle free swing and telescopic boom manipulators are used for the first time. The boom nozzle has 6 degrees of freedom, including 1-level main arm rotation, 1-level pitch, 2-level telescopic, 360-degree rotation and 240-degree swing of the nozzle, and the nozzle 360-degree uninterrupted brushing to achieve uniform spraying without dead angles. The design of the pipeline limit plate enables the pipeline to rotate around the shaft plate when the nozzle rotates relative to the telescopic arm to prevent the pipeline from being entangled. The power system is driven by diesel and electricity, and can switch freely between the two powers to meet the situation of insufficient power or temporary power outage on site without affecting the operation.
In the end, the upgraded version of Anhui Jarlo Construction Machinery's articulated wet spraying trolley passed the technical expert review, and the relevant materials will be submitted to the provincial department for review. I believe that the upgraded new product will soon pass the safety standard test and move towards more mining projects.
