3.The engine is a Yuchai high-power water-cooled turbocharged National IV engine, equipped with a full-power power take-off port, which meets the needs of high power and high torque during tank mixing, and has a lower failure rate.
4.Equipped with Dongfeng 1080 heavy-duty axle and hydraulic wet brake system, it can realize driving brake and parking brake; the brake system is also equipped with a forced cooling device to meet the stability and reliability of long slope transportation in mines.
5.The mixing tank is placed horizontally on the frame during transportation, and the tail end of the tank is equipped with a hydraulic lifting device, which can adjust the discharge height according to the needs of the site; an automatic guide ball is installed between the manual discharge handwheel cover plate, which can realize the easy opening and closing of the tank cover plate.
6.Equipped with exhaust brake device, it can realize auxiliary braking when driving downhill with full load, which can effectively reduce the axle driving brake loss and is safer.
