1.The compact size of the vehicle allows it to pass through the small section roadway excavated manually in the early stage.
2.CYTJ76 has obvious advantages in replacing manual operation: taking 28 pneumatic drill as an example, for rock with F=8-10, the average drilling efficiency is 0.35m/min. CYTJ76 is equipped with a hydraulic rock drill. Under the same rock hardness conditions, when drilling Φ45 mm holes in rock with F=8-10, the average drilling efficiency is 1.2m/min, and the drilling speed is 3.4 times that of 28 drilling.
3.For hole alignment, as the pusher beam can be completely kept parallel through the electro-hydraulic system, the hole alignment efficiency can also reach 5 times that of the air-leg rock drill.
4.The vehicle adopts an electro-hydraulic control system, which can realize the protection functions such as anti-jamming, anti-empty-striking, and automatic drill rod retraction, effectively protecting the rock drill and prolonging its service life. Various drilling parameters can be set for different hole diameters and can be switched by one key through the electric control knob. The 7-inch TFT color touch screen can display the equipment operation status in real time, and allows drilling parameter settings according to rock conditions. It has a built-in operation log storage function , which can be exported through USB flash disk. The vehicle is equipped with a four-way driving video system with an electronic fence. When personnel get close to the equipment, alarm and warning will be given to ensure a safe operating environment.
