UPS-20ZT Mining Concrete Spraying Truck is a specialized wet spraying equipment designed and developed by our company to meet the construction requirements of mechanized, intelligent, uniform, and dead-angle-free spraying. It is widely used in wet spraying support concrete operations in metal and non-metal mine tunnels (non explosive environments), hydraulic tunnels, underground structures (military and civilian), and road slopes. This machine is easy to operate, flexible, safe, reliable, with high efficiency and low rebound.

Overall height above ground 2.3m, closed hydrostatic drive engineering chassis,4WD, 4-wheel steering, hydraulic wet dual brake system, service brake oil -applied, parking brake closed spring brake.

Fully integrated proportional wireless + wired dual-control remote control. All control operations are performed via remote control to reduce labor intensity and improve construction safety and efficiency.

Dedicated controller and customized HMI interface adopted for the electrical control system, with multi-parameter operation monitoring and fault alarm.

Additive dosage and concrete pumping volume intelligently synchronized, keeping the additive at a preset ratio with concrete output, and can be monitored and adjusted in real-time via HMI or remote control.

External power supply 380V/660V/1140V optional.
