1. The hydraulic torque converter and gearbox drive the engineering chassis, four-wheel drive, large driving torque, high shovel capacity, and strong climbing performance.
2. The cab meets the mine safety ergonomics design and has passed the two international certifications of FOPS anti-falling objects and ROPS anti-rollover; centralized control, reasonable layout, comfortable and convenient; at the same time, the cab can be raised and lowered, pitched, and convenient for personnel to operate accurately.
3. The hydraulic wet dual brake system, driving oil brake, and parking closed spring brake meet the safety requirements of long ramps and low tunnels in the mine. The fully hydraulic parallel moving arm system can make the movement trajectory of the rake bucket parallel to the direction of the tunnel.
4. The articulated special chassis has a smaller turning radius and meets the needs of mine operations to the maximum extent.
5. The breaker adopts the Korean engineer brand, with stable performance, flexible switching, high impact energy, small recoil force, and long service life.
6. The reinforced engineering chassis design greatly enhances the rigidity and strength of the vehicle body, making the vehicle heavier and more stable in prying and crushing.
7. It has two modes, "prying" and "raking", which can be quickly switched during the work process. When dealing with large areas of floating stones, the rake bucket can be used for quick scraping, and when dealing with stones with strong binding force, the breaker hammer can be used for impact prying.
8. It is equipped with a slag removal shovel, which can quickly and appropriately clean the blast pile before mucking out, so that the prying trolley can go to the working face to clean the floating stones on the top plate and the side wall, with better passability and stronger adaptability.
